Our story
Mighty Notary started in 2019 when our founder spent three days trying to find a notary for her grandmother's estate paperwork — calling shipping stores, banks, and libraries with no luck. It shouldn't be that hard to find someone whose whole job is helping people, so we built the directory we wished existed.
Today, Mighty Notary lists more than 12,000 commissioned notaries across all 50 states, and our remote online notarization service seals thousands of documents every month. We're a small, independent team, and we still answer our own phones.
